Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to Brimfield Bus LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Brimfield Bus"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of round-trip transportation services to the Brimfield Antique Show ("Service" or "Trip") offered through brimfieldbus.com ("Website"). By purchasing a ticket or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description: 

We provide round-trip charter bus transportation for day trippers to the Brimfield Antique Show from designated pickup locations to the event site and back. Schedules, pickup times, routes, and drop-off points are as advertised on the Website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify schedules, routes, or vehicles due to operational needs, with reasonable notice where possible.

2. Ticket Purchase and Payment

• All tickets are sold subject to availability.
• Payment is processed through our secure payment system. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
• Tickets are issued electronically or as otherwise specified. You must retain your purchase receipt, which includes your name, ticket details, and contact information.

3. Non-Refundable Policy: All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Changes in personal plans
• No-shows
• Inability to attend
• Event cancellation or modification by the Brimfield Antique Show organizers
• Weather conditions, traffic delays, road closures, or other acts of God
• Mechanical issues, bus breakdowns, or delays caused by the bus operator or third parties
• Any other reason beyond our direct control

No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued except as expressly provided in these Terms.

4. Ticket Transfers You may transfer your round-trip ticket to another person one time only, provided:

• You notify us in writing by email (using the email address provided on your purchase receipt) at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
• The request includes the original purchaser's name, ticket number, and the transferee's full name (which must match government-issued ID at boarding).
• A $20.00 transfer fee will be charged to the original purchaser (the "seller") and must be paid before the transfer is approved.
• Transfers are subject to availability and our approval. We will confirm the transfer by email.

No transfers will be permitted with less than 48 hours' notice or on the day of departure.

5. Passenger Identification and Boarding

• All passengers must present a government-issued photo ID at boarding.
• The name on the ID must exactly match the name on the purchase receipt (or approved transfer confirmation).
• Failure to match names or provide a valid ID may result in denial of boarding with no refund or credit.
• We reserve the right to refuse boarding to any person for safety, behavioral, or legal reasons.

6. Factors Beyond Our Control Many aspects of the Trip are beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions
• Traffic, road conditions, or accidents
• Actions or decisions by the bus company/operator, local authorities, or event organizers
• Delays, cancellations, or changes to the Brimfield Antique Show schedule
• Mechanical failures or unforeseen operational issues

We will make reasonable efforts to operate the Service as scheduled, but we are not liable for any delays, missed connections, additional expenses (e.g., lodging, alternative travel), or losses arising from these factors. No refunds or compensation will be provided for such events.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

• We act as a transportation provider only and do not guarantee admission to the Brimfield Antique Show or any specific experience at the event.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, personal injury, or any other claims unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• Passengers assume all risks associated with travel, including boarding/exiting the bus, weather exposure, and event activities.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the ticket price paid.

8. Conduct and Safety Passengers must follow all instructions from the driver and staff. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: intoxication, disruptive behavior, smoking/vaping (unless in designated areas), or violating safety rules. Violation may result in removal from the bus without refund.

9. Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on the Website at the time of purchase applies to your ticket. Continued use of the Website or Service constitutes acceptance of changes.

10. Governing Law and Disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert Your State, e.g., Massachusetts]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Insert County/State].

We do not own any equipment or employ the drivers. Travel Insurance is recommended for yourself and your personal effects.

Brimfield Bus llc is not responsible for damage and or theft of items on or off the bus .  The Bus Company we contract with for this charter has the right to effect changes to the route and schedule due to unforeseen circumstances.  Round-trip ticket must be used on the same day, no split days or one-way travel. No refund or exchange will be made for unused travel. We reserve the right to refuse our service to anyone we deem to not to obey the rules set by Brimfield Bus llc and the bus company  we charter.
